Therapeutic Massage and Nutritional Center is led by Eleanor Pauls, a Licensed Massage Therapist trained and licensed in Nebraska. She helps clients with headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness, hip, leg and back pain, posture problems, sports injuries, pregnancy discomfort and body imbalances using massage modalities and nutritional support.

Eleanor Pauls - Licensed Massage Therapist

Eleanor has eighteen years of experience in “outcome based” massage therapy with an emphasis on Postural Restoration and Functional Integrative Balancing. She maintains her license in the state of Nebraska, while practicing in Kansas. Prior to her massage therapy training she worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant. These combined experiences and expertise create a strong foundation for a unique therapeutic approach to preventive healthcare. Eleanor’s approach to achieving total holistic wellness includes a combination of Mind, Body and Spirit, to create a positive balance for a healthier pain-free lifestyle. A differentiating factor besides Eleanor’s extensive training and experience is her deep faith in God, believing that it is only through His power that people find benefit for their specific health need. She prays for each client, trusting God to guide her to treatment that is specifically beneficial for their need. Her goal is for her clients to be pain free 24/7 by providing tools, resources and confidence enabling them to take control of their own health and well being. She also recommends incorporating a regimen of therapeutic stretches at home to meet their continuous daily needs. Let Eleanor show you how massage can make a difference in your life!
